Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Month Program (1 Session Per Day, 60 Minutes) at MBT Muaythai Gym

Join the Muay Thai Group Class at MBT Muaythai Gym for a transformative one-month training experience designed to build consistency, confidence, and real Muay Thai skills. This program includes one 60-minute group class per day, allowing students to train regularly, improve technique step by step, and develop fitness through structured Muay Thai training.

Each class is led by experienced trainers and suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to returning students. Through daily practice, students will refine striking fundamentals, footwork, balance, and conditioning while training in a supportive group environment that encourages steady progress throughout the month.

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
  • Shadow Boxing: Technique, movement, and stance development
  • Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork to improve strikes and combinations
  • Bag Work: Power and accuracy training on the heavy bag
  • Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai skills
  • Clinch Training: Introduction to clinching techniques
  • Sparring: Optional light sparring under trainer supervision
  • Strength & Conditioning: Muay Thai–specific fitness exercises
  • Cooldown: Stretching and recovery for flexibility

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class.
  • Training gear is provided if needed.
  • Light sparring is optional and subject to trainer approval.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
