Set in the scenic mountain surroundings of Pai, this program is designed for those ready to fully immerse themselves in Muay Thai. Over 4 weeks, you’ll train twice daily to develop speed, power, and endurance while refining technique under expert guidance.
Each 120-minute session blends technical drills, pad work, bag work, conditioning, and sparring. The structured schedule ensures steady progression without overtraining, giving you both the physical and mental strength needed to level up your skills. Between sessions, the calm atmosphere of Pai offers the perfect environment to rest, recover, and recharge.
Training Schedule:
Approximately 2.2 kilometers – Small local airport providing convenient domestic flights.
Approximately 3.7 kilometers – Bustling evening market with street food, local products, souvenirs, and a lively atmosphere.
Approximately 6.3 kilometers – Scenic hilltop temple featuring a large white Buddha statue and panoramic views of Pai.
