Our 1-week Muay Thai class at Hongthong Muay Thai Gym Pai offers 6 Muay Thai group training sessions—1 session per day from Monday to Saturday. Choose the time that fits your lifestyle: Morning Class (08:00–10:00) or Afternoon Class (16:00–18:00), all set in the laid-back, scenic town of Pai.

Each 120-minute class combines technique training, pad work, and fitness drills, led by our experienced Head or Senior Trainers with support from Junior Trainers for hands-on corrections. You can choose between a morning session (08:00–10:00) or afternoon session (16:00–18:00) to suit your schedule.
