4 Week Accommodation Package — daily Muay Thai training, meals, and shared-room stay in Chiang Mai

Commit to your Muay Thai journey with a 4 week stay at Banchamek Gym in Chiang Mai’s Buakaw Village. This package combines daily group training sessions, two meals per day, and shared-room accommodation for a complete camp-style experience. Stay immersed in authentic training while enjoying the calm, cultural atmosphere of northern Thailand.

Across four weeks, you’ll follow structured sessions covering punches, kicks, elbows, knees, clinch control, and defense skills such as blocking, slipping, and footwork. Each day offers consistent practice and recovery support, while Mondays are closed — no training. Check in at 8:00–8:30 AM on your first day and check out at 12:00 PM on your final day. Build lasting progress, refine technique, and connect deeply with the true spirit of Muay Thai.

Training Schedule:

  • Morning Class: 07:00 – 10:00 AM
  • Afternoon Class: 04:00 – 06:00 PM
  • Mondays Closed: no training

Training Program

  • Warm-Up: prepare the body with light movement and mobility to safely elevate heart rate and activate key muscle groups.
  • Technique Training: develop correct form for punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch control, focusing on balance, timing, and accuracy.
  • Pad and Bag Work: practice combination drills on pads and the heavy bag to build power, speed, and striking rhythm under trainer guidance.
  • Sparring or Application Drills: apply techniques in a controlled setting (for advanced students) or situational drills to improve timing, reactions, and confidence.
  • Cool Down: gradual recovery with gentle movements and breathing to reduce muscle tension and support post-training relaxation.
