1 Month Beginner Muay Thai Group — 30 Training Days, 2 Sessions per Day at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym

This 1-month Muay Thai group program is designed especially for beginners — no prior experience needed. You’ll train 2 sessions per day (90 minutes each) across 30 training days at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym, where professional Thai trainers teach every step patiently and safely. Learn proper stance, guard, punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while improving balance, coordination, and confidence.

The atmosphere is open, friendly, and full of Thai energy — perfect for anyone discovering Muay Thai for the first time. Classes combine fun and structure in an authentic open-air setting surrounded by greenery and the real sound of Thai boxing. You’ll leave each session stronger, fitter, and inspired.

Choose between two training focuses: the Muay Thai for Fitness Program for energy and conditioning, or the Muay Thai Basic Skills Program to master fundamental Thai techniques step by step.

1. Muay Thai for Fitness Program — Perfect for those who want to use Muay Thai as a fun and dynamic workout. Focuses on cardio, strength, and basic striking techniques like punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to improve fitness and burn calories.

2. Muay Thai Basic Skills Program — Ideal for beginners who want to learn authentic Muay Thai fundamentals. Covers proper stance, footwork, and striking form to build a strong foundation for future training.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Stretching and joint mobility to prepare your body.
  • Shadow Boxing: Practice movements and combinations for rhythm and control.
  • Pad Work: Refine punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with your Thai trainer.
  • Bag Work: Build power and accuracy on the heavy bag.
  • Technique Drills: Improve timing, defense, and signature Muay Thai techniques.
  • Clinch Training: Learn proper positioning and knee strikes (optional).
  • Strength & Conditioning: Develop stamina with functional bodyweight exercises.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and recover to prevent soreness and injury.
