1 Session Muay Thai Group Class for Beginners at Bokchok x Vor Sakornrit Gym (90 Minutes)

Experience the true art of Muay Thai in this 90-minute beginner group class — ideal for first-timers who want to learn authentic Thai boxing in a friendly and motivating environment. Under the guidance of champion-level Thai trainers, you’ll practice proper stance, guard, and striking techniques — including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows — with a focus on safety, precision, and confidence.

Choose your preferred focus: the Muay Thai for Fitness Program to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness through high-energy drills, or the Muay Thai Basic Skills Program to master real Muay Thai fundamentals step-by-step. Both programs deliver authentic Thai-style training suitable for all beginners.

Training takes place in a spacious, open-air gym surrounded by fresh air and greenery — balancing intensity with calm. Whether you’re training under the roofed ring or in the natural light, the atmosphere is warm, energetic, and truly Thai. Every session is filled with positive energy and community spirit, encouraging you to push your limits and enjoy the journey.

  • Shadow Boxing: Practice movements and combinations for rhythm and control.
  • Pad Work: Refine punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with your Thai trainer.
  • Bag Work: Build power and accuracy on the heavy bag.
  • Technique Drills: Improve timing, defense, and signature Muay Thai techniques.
  • Clinch Training: Learn proper positioning and knee strikes (optional).
  • Strength & Conditioning: Develop stamina with functional bodyweight exercises.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and recover to prevent soreness and injury.
