1 Session Muay Thai Group Class for All Levels at Bokchok x Vor Sakornrit Gym (60 Minutes)

Train authentic Muay Thai in this 60-minute all-levels group class, designed for everyone — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The program covers fundamental techniques for newcomers while offering skill development and refinement for more advanced students, all under the close supervision of professional Thai trainers.

Each session is adapted to suit individual skill levels, ensuring safe, effective, and progressive training. The focus is on correct technique, fitness, strength, and confidence, making this class ideal whether your goal is general fitness, self-defense, or advancing toward competitive Muay Thai.

Training takes place in a spacious, open-air gym surrounded by fresh air and greenery, creating a balanced atmosphere of intensity and relaxation. Programs are adjusted daily to keep training dynamic, engaging, and never repetitive.

  • Shadow Boxing: Movement, balance, and combination practice.
  • Pad Work: Technique-focused punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
  • Bag Work: Power, accuracy, and conditioning drills.
  • Technique Drills: Skill development adjusted to each student’s level.
  • Clinch Training: Positioning, balance, and knee techniques (level-appropriate).
  • Strength & Conditioning: Improve fitness, endurance, and strength.
  • Cooldown: Stretching and recovery to reduce injury risk.

Note: Training intensity and focus are adjusted individually, and programs vary daily to ensure variety and continuous improvement.
