1 Session Muay Thai Group Class for Intermediate at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym (90 Minutes)

Take your Muay Thai skills to the next level in this 90-minute intermediate group class — designed for those who already have basic Muay Thai experience. Train in real fight scenarios focusing on timing, defense, and counterattack under the guidance of champion-level Thai trainers who emphasize precision, control, and advanced strategy.

This session follows the Muay Thai Defense and Counterattack Program, which develops your ability to read your opponent, defend with confidence, and respond with accurate counter strikes — including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Ideal for those who want to sharpen technical fighting skills and improve ring awareness.

The gym provides a spacious, open-air environment surrounded by fresh air and greenery, balancing focus and intensity. Every class blends authentic Thai techniques with a supportive, professional atmosphere that motivates you to perform at your best.

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and light drills to activate movement and coordination.
  • Shadow Boxing: Practice defensive movements and counter-combinations for rhythm and timing.
  • Pad Work: Develop real-time counterattacks through controlled drills with your trainer.
  • Bag Work: Strengthen defensive reactions and power responses.
  • Technique Drills: Refine evasion, blocking, and timing techniques for both attack and defense.
  • Clinch Training: Focus on close-range control, balance, and countering inside the clinch.
  • Strategy Practice: Apply tactical drills that simulate ring situations and counterplay.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and relax to recover and prevent injury.
