Build strong Muay Thai foundations with 1 session per day over 6 training days at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym. This beginner-friendly program teaches proper stance, guard, footwork, and striking techniques—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—guided by professional Thai trainers in a welcoming, open-air environment surrounded by greenery and fresh air.

The gym atmosphere is calm yet full of energy — you’ll train under natural light, hear the rhythmic sounds of pads and bags, and feel the spirit of Thai boxing culture all around you. Whether you’re a first-timer or looking to improve your fitness, every session blends focus, fun, and respect — the true heart of Muay Thai.

Choose between two focuses: the Muay Thai for Fitness Program to enhance conditioning and burn energy, or the Muay Thai Basic Skills Program to master real Thai techniques step by step. Both deliver authentic Muay Thai experiences through patient instruction and motivating energy.

2. Muay Thai Basic Skills Program — Ideal for beginners who want to learn authentic Muay Thai fundamentals. Covers proper stance, footwork, and striking form to build a strong foundation for future training.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Stretching and joint mobility to prepare your body.
  • Shadow Boxing: Practice movements and combinations for rhythm and control.
  • Pad Work: Refine punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with your Thai trainer.
  • Bag Work: Build power and accuracy on the heavy bag.
  • Technique Drills: Improve timing, defense, and signature Muay Thai techniques.
  • Clinch Training: Learn proper positioning and knee strikes (optional).
  • Strength & Conditioning: Develop stamina with functional bodyweight exercises.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and recover to prevent soreness and injury.
