Take your Muay Thai to the next level with 1 session per day (90 minutes) for 6 training days at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym. This intermediate program focuses on defense, counterattacks, and timing — designed to sharpen your awareness and control under the guidance of champion-level Thai trainers.

The gym’s open-air setting offers a refreshing and motivating atmosphere surrounded by greenery. You’ll train in a real Muay Thai environment — hearing the rhythm of pads, feeling the energy of Thai culture, and improving your form in a respectful, focused space that encourages growth and discipline.

Each session blends technical drills, padwork, and situational sparring that help you master rhythm, timing, and counter techniques while maintaining safety and precision. Perfect for students ready to move beyond the basics and build tactical awareness.

  • Shadow Boxing: Practice defensive movements and counter-combinations for rhythm and timing.
  • Pad Work: Develop real-time counterattacks through controlled drills with your trainer.
  • Bag Work: Strengthen defensive reactions and power responses.
  • Technique Drills: Refine evasion, blocking, and timing techniques for both attack and defense.
  • Clinch Training: Focus on close-range control, balance, and countering inside the clinch.
  • Strategy Practice: Apply tactical drills that simulate ring situations and counterplay.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and relax to recover and prevent injury.
