Build your foundation in authentic Muay Thai with this 10-session group training package at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym. Designed for beginners, this program lets you learn real Thai boxing step by step under professional champion-level trainers — focusing on fitness, form, and fun within 60 days.

Choose between two training focuses: the Muay Thai for Fitness Program to boost your stamina and body strength, or the Muay Thai Basic Skills Program to develop proper stance, balance, and technique. Both programs are taught in a friendly, open-air gym where every session blends Thai culture, discipline, and motivation.


Training Schedule

  • Tuesday – Friday
    • 13:00–14:30 — Muay Thai for Fitness Program
    • 17:00–18:30 — Muay Thai for Fitness Program
    • 19:00–20:30 — Muay Thai Basic Skills Program
  • Saturday – Sunday
    • 10:00–11:30 — Muay Thai Basic Skills Program
  • Duration: 90 minutes per session
  • Reservation: Confirm your preferred time after receiving the confirmation email from Now Muay Thai.

2. Muay Thai Basic Skills Program — Ideal for beginners who want to learn authentic Muay Thai fundamentals. Covers proper stance, footwork, and striking form to build a strong foundation for future training.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Stretching and joint mobility to prepare your body.
  • Shadow Boxing: Practice movements and combinations for rhythm and control.
  • Pad Work: Refine punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with your Thai trainer.
  • Bag Work: Build power and accuracy on the heavy bag.
  • Technique Drills: Improve timing, defense, and signature Muay Thai techniques.
  • Clinch Training: Learn proper positioning and knee strikes (optional).
  • Strength & Conditioning: Develop stamina with functional bodyweight exercises.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and recover to prevent soreness and injury.

Note: The focus and intensity can be adjusted to match your level and goals.
