Designed for all levels, this class offers a welcoming and accessible way to explore the fundamentals of Thailand’s national martial art. You’ll learn how to use punches, kicks, elbows, and knees while developing defensive skills, balance, and coordination.
Each session follows a clear training flow — starting with stretching, moving into basic Muay Thai movements, focused technique learning, and guided group practice. Training includes pad work, bag drills, and controlled group sparring or self-learning drills to help you build timing, rhythm, and confidence. This single-session experience is ideal for beginners, fitness travelers, or anyone seeking a memorable and truly Thai-style Muay Thai training session.
Each group session at CH ChanaMuaythai runs for 90 minutes and is available across five daily training rounds. Students may choose any round that best fits their schedule.
