1 Month Muay Thai Group Class — 2 Sessions per Day at Loong Muay Thai Gym

Take your Muay Thai training to a higher level with the 1 Month Muay Thai Group Class — 2 Sessions per Day package at Loong Muay Thai Gym in Doi Saket, Chiang Mai. Designed for all levels, this intensive program gives you structured and consistent training throughout a full month of Muay Thai practice.

You can join two group sessions per training day, typically morning and evening. Each session lasts approximately 120 minutes and includes a mix of technical drills, pad work, conditioning, and authentic Thai-style Muay Thai guided by champion-level coaches. Training twice per day helps you build endurance, sharpen technique, develop timing, and progress rapidly during your month in Chiang Mai.


Training Schedule

  • Operating Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Morning Group Class: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Evening Group Class: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Training Program

  • Warm-up, stretching, and basic footwork drills
  • Pad work with experienced Muay Thai coaches
  • Technical striking combinations and defensive movement
  • Bag work for power, timing, and conditioning
  • Optional clinching practice depending on level and comfort
  • Cool-down and light stretching to support recovery
