1 Week Muay Thai Group Class — Train 1 Session per Day at Loong Muay Thai Gym

Train for one full week with the 1 Week Muay Thai Group Class package at Loong Muay Thai Gym, where you can join 1 group session per day in a peaceful natural setting surrounded by the rice fields of Doi Saket, Chiang Mai. This program is designed for all levels and offers a structured way to build consistency, improve technique, and experience real Thai-style Muay Thai.

Each session lasts approximately 120 minutes and combines technique, pad work, conditioning, and movement drills. Training daily helps you develop rhythm, confidence, and sharper striking skills throughout the week. Whether you're a beginner trying Muay Thai for the first time or someone returning to training, this one-week program gives you a strong, focused foundation with guidance from champion-level coaches.


Training Schedule

  • Operating Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Morning Group Class: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Evening Group Class: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
