1 Week Muay Thai Group Class — 2 Sessions per Day at Loong Muay Thai Gym

Take your training to the next level with the 1 Week Muay Thai Group Class — 2 Sessions per Day package at Loong Muay Thai Gym, set among the peaceful rice fields of Doi Saket, Chiang Mai. This intensive program is designed for all levels — from beginners to active fighters — who want to maximise their progress in a short time.

You can join two group classes per training day, typically morning and evening, with each session lasting around 120 minutes. Training twice a day helps you build conditioning, sharpen technique, and develop real Muay Thai rhythm under the guidance of experienced, champion-level coaches.


Training Schedule

  • Operating Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Morning Group Class: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Evening Group Class: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Training Program

  • Warm-up, stretching, and basic footwork drills
  • Pad work with experienced Muay Thai coaches
  • Technical striking combinations and defensive movement
  • Bag work for power, timing, and conditioning
  • Optional clinching practice depending on level and comfort
  • Cool-down and light stretching to support recovery
