Discover your potential with our structured Muay Thai training programs, suitable for individuals of all skill levels. Included in these programs are 25 Muay Thai group class sessions.
Beginners will focus on building a strong foundation in Muay Thai. They will :
- Learn proper stances, gaining confidence in their footwork.
- Discover the art of hand wrapping for hand protection.
- Be introduced to fundamental strikes, including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and the "push kick."
- Engage in pad work and bag work to refine techniques and build power in their strikes.
- Emphasis is placed on form and confidence-building without sparring or clinching.
Intermediate and Advanced Muay Thai Training :
- Skill Refinement : In one week, intermediate and advanced participants will focus on refining their existing techniques. This stage is about fine-tuning and improving what they already know.
- Enhanced Conditioning : The one-week program includes more intensive conditioning exercises to further boost physical strength, endurance, and agility.
- Introduction to Intensive Sparring : Depending on the program's focus, intermediate and advanced participants might engage in introductory sparring sessions. This allows them to apply their skills in a controlled environment.
- Advanced Skill Development : Intermediate and advanced participants work on advanced techniques, which might include complex combinations and precision strikes.
- Mental Toughness : As they progress, they will also develop mental toughness and discipline to face the rigors of more advanced training.
Morning class: 07:30 - 09:30, Mon - Sat
Afternoon class: 16:30 - 18:30, Mon - Sat
The gym changes its training routines every month. This approach helps prevent boredom and plateaus in progress.
Beach training, Hill sprint and Ice bath recovery once a week.
