2-Weeks Beginner Muay Thai Training Program :
In 2 weeks, beginners will expand their foundational knowledge and skills. They can expect :

- Advanced footwork and greater control of stances.
- More in-depth hand wrapping techniques for hand protection.
- Progress in fundamental strikes, with a focus on precision and technique.
- Continued pad work and bag work, with a greater emphasis on power and accuracy.
- Building upon the foundation with advanced skills and techniques.

2-Week Intermediate and Advanced Muay Thai Training :

- Advanced Skill Enhancement : In two weeks, intermediate and advanced participants continue to enhance their skills, building a solid foundation for more intense training ahead. This phase includes further development of advanced techniques.
- Intensive Conditioning : The two-week program offers more rigorous conditioning exercises, ensuring participants are in peak physical shape for the upcoming challenges.
- Introduction to More Intensive Sparring : Participants can expect more intensive and challenging sparring sessions. This prepares them for the physical demands of practical application and real combat scenarios.
- Mental Resilience : The extended duration allows participants to develop an even stronger mindset, increasing mental resilience and discipline for the rigors of Muay Thai.
- Pushing Limits : With each kick and punch, participants are not just building physical strength, but also expanding their mental boundaries and pushing their limits.

Monthly Changes
The gym changes its training routines every month. This approach helps prevent boredom and plateaus in progress.

Beach training, Hill sprint and Ice bath recovery once a week.

Every level is separate, and our training style is unique from the start to the end. We are making sure that you will never get bored at Khunsuek. Also, we have our professional and qualified trainers focused on the traditional style of Muay Thai, putting an emphasis on refining the individual’s techniques and developing their skills.
