Training sessions follow the structured Muay Thai teaching system developed by Grandmaster Toddy, combining technical drills, controlled sparring, pad work, conditioning exercises, and clinching practice within a mixed-level group environment. Students training over several months have more time to refine movement, defensive reactions, striking rhythm, and overall fight awareness through repeated practice and steady progression.
