Class description

Chinnarach Muay Thai, equipped with years of experience and a modern, well-equipped facility, is your gateway to achieving Muay Thai excellence. Our team of skilled trainers, educated in Western teaching styles, is dedicated to guiding you through a week of intensive Muay Thai training—1 session per day. Join us and embark on a journey towards mastering the art of Muay Thai!

Training rotine
- One class per day (morning or afternoon), each lasting two hours.
- Warm-up (15 minutes); Skipping, jogging, or preferred warm-up exercises.
- Stretching (10 minutes); Comprehensive stretching routine.
- Shadowboxing (10 minutes); Focus on refining techniques through shadowboxing.
- Main Session (Approximately 80 minutes) Several rounds of; Pad-work, Bag-work, Sparring, Clinching
- Variation Days (2-3 times per week); Format changes to emphasize learning and drilling techniques and combinations.

Our trainers
- Chin (owner / head trainer), Suchin Kanjanasuwan (fight name "Chinnarach") is one of Thailand's most famous Muay Thai fighters. Champion of Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadiums in Bangkok, Featherweight division in 1999, 2000 and 2001
- Billy, a fantastic trainer, and unique because he has been a world class fighter in both Muay Thai and Western Boxing. In his career, he had over 150 Muay Thai fights and 50 boxing fights. In 1997, he was the number 1 ranked boxer in the Super Flyweight division in Thailand, 10th in Asia (Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation) and 15th in the world (World Boxing Council).
- Keng, he went on to have over 155 fights in both Lumpinee Stadium (ranked 9th in Thailand) and Rajadamnern Stadium (ranked 8th) in his weight division. He is famous as a classic "Muay Khao" style fighter, combining aggression and relentless pressure with strong clinching and knees. he is also a certified Kettle Bell trainer. He joined Chinnarach Muay Thai in 2022 and is our main specialist in preparing fighters.
-Tem, started fighting aged twelve years old. In his professional career, he had over 90 fights, and was the Southern Thailand Champion in 2014 in the 112 lb weight division. His fighting style is "Muay Khao". His is known for his ability to absorb pressure in the early rounds and then turn it up to finish his opponents with knees and elbows in the later rounds.
- Gaan, He began his Muay Thai journey at the age of thirteen, and throughout his teens and early twenties he fought over 100 fights. He then transitioned to becoming a full-time trainer, building up an impressive resume over ten years. He has worked in a huge number of gyms across Thailand (Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket), and his career has taken him internationally as well (India, China, Pakistan, Vietnam and Singapore). He brings a wealth of experience to his training sessions, combining the technical aspects of both Muay Thai and kickboxing.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

To ensure safety, our minimum guest age is 16. For guests under 16, parental or legal guardian supervision is mandatory for access to facilities and group martial arts classes.
