Designed for all levels, this program focuses on technique, conditioning, clinching, sparring, and authentic Muay Thai fundamentals. With structured morning and afternoon sessions, you will build strength, endurance, and technical confidence throughout the month.
All classes are led by experienced Muay Thai coaches. Each group session lasts 120 minutes and includes warm-up, technical drills, pad & bag work, clinching or sparring rotations, and conditioning components. Gym access and basic training equipment are provided for your convenience.
