Class description

Unlock your full potential with the Intensive 1-Month Muay Thai Class at Hongthong Muay Thai Gym Chiang Mai — a rigorous and rewarding experience for all levels, from beginners to experienced fighters. Over 4 weeks, you’ll train twice daily, gaining real depth, rhythm, and physical endurance through structured progression.

Each session (120 minutes) combines technical training, pad work, conditioning, and sparring, allowing you to refine your skills and build mental toughness without overtraining. With free time between sessions, you have the flexibility to add private training for targeted improvement — whether it's footwork, clinching, or advanced combos tailored to your goals.

Training Schedule (Mon – Sat):

Morning: 08:00 – 10:00

Afternoon: 16:00 – 18:00

You can attend both or choose the time that suits your lifestyle.

Product Includes:

Approx. 48 group training sessions (2 sessions/day, Mon–Sat)

Each session is 120 minutes

Consistent training under Senior Trainers, with Junior Trainers assisting for partner drills and technique correction

Midday rest break to promote recovery

Common Notes:

Students are required to bring their own Muay Thai equipment (gloves, hand wraps, shin guards).

The gym offers rental gloves and shin guards for those without equipment; however, quantities are limited.

Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
No Refund for Late Cancellations:
- Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
