12 Months of Training — Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Pool Cardio & Weight Room
Commit to a full 1 year at AKA Thailand and build lasting progress with access to Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Pool Cardio Blast, and the weight room. Create a sustainable routine from the active timetable to balance striking, grappling, conditioning, and strength work throughout the year.
Training runs in an upgraded facility with oversized rings, new bags and gear, and regular cleaning after sessions. With a long-term pass, you can cycle through focused phases—foundation, development, and refinement—while keeping sessions fresh and enjoyable across seasons.
This year-long option is ideal for guests who value consistency and variety: rotate classes to match your goals, use pool-based conditioning to stay fresh between mat time, and support performance in the gym for durable results.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – No-Gi (All Levels)
Tue/Thu/Sat: 10:30–12:00 -
Pool Cardio Blast
Mon–Sat: 11:00–12:00 & 18:00–19:00
*Saturday morning Muay Thai is offsite — please wear running shoes and arrive 30 minutes early.

- MMA — striking entries, clinch/takedown links, transitional drills
- BJJ — fundamentals, drilling, positional control, submissions
- Pool Cardio — low-impact aerobic conditioning and recovery
- Weight Room — strength & mobility work to support mat time
