Fitness Package Fierce Fitness at our Muay Thai camp in Thailand is for all levels from beginners to fighters. Train with HIIT, strength workouts, core conditioning, and Muay Thai technique. Boost power with explosive plyometrics and enjoy extra activities like hikes, swimming, and bootcamps. Achieve peak fitness in a supportive, high energy environment. Tell us your goals and we’ll help you crush them! Program Style Our group Muay Thai classes are broken down into warm up, mobility, shadow boxing, bag and one on one time with the trainers. We mix in plyometrics and body weight exercises for cardio endurance. Technique and sparring classes also run weekly. Train at your own pace: All activities on the schedule are optional, allowing you to train at your own pace. If you choose our yoga and tours program you have even more options. This allows for active recovery days.
