Great trainer and learnt a lot that i was applying already after the 2 sessions
I did 2 PT with Kru Lam. The trainer was really attentive and I felt like I learnt a lot from being more aggressive both in terms of technique and what drills i could bring back home to practice. He has really good English. I really wish I could stay longer because I feel I could have learnt more.
