Amazing trainer!

Been doing private sessions with Kru Baw and have learned so much in short time. Focuses on teaching you the correct technic while still pushing you. So much fun!

Awesome trainer

Kru Baw has been an amazing trainer, he was willing to slow down enough for me to truly understand techniques and could see when I started overthinking and slowed me down. I highly reccomend him for all levels, he will evaluate where you’re at and train accordingly.

Top tier teacher!

Kru Bao is an excellent teacher, he does a great job explaining each technique and building your skills one step at a time. He is able to explain why each technique is important especially in relation to Muay Thai. Finally he makes it fun and makes you want to keep learning more!

Best Kru EVER

Kru Baw is the best. If you want to learn technique and how to kick ass, he’s your guy! Encouraging but also never misses when you drop your guard or lose balance. Love kru Baw!

Best trainer

I loved training with Bao. I did all my private sessions with him and really connected with his teaching style. He was patient, focused, and pushed me to improve. He understood my weaknesses and made sure I truly progressed. I improved so much in a short time. Thank you, I will definitely come back!
