Did 5 weeks of PT with Kru Bao, strongly recommend

Had the best time training with him and learned so many new techniques. He is super observant and notices EVERYTHING, so you will learn and get better. He adapts the training to your skill, but also pushes you which is good. Pads, combos, sparring etc. I had so much fun and can’t wait to be back!

Amazing trainer!

Been doing private sessions with Kru Baw and have learned so much in short time. Focuses on teaching you the correct technic while still pushing you. So much fun!

Awesome trainer

Kru Baw has been an amazing trainer, he was willing to slow down enough for me to truly understand techniques and could see when I started overthinking and slowed me down. I highly reccomend him for all levels, he will evaluate where you’re at and train accordingly.

Top tier teacher!

Kru Bao is an excellent teacher, he does a great job explaining each technique and building your skills one step at a time. He is able to explain why each technique is important especially in relation to Muay Thai. Finally he makes it fun and makes you want to keep learning more!
