I really recommend this trainer. He teaches real Muay Thai, with great energy and clear communication. Strong pad rounds, good fun, and everything fits your level. I will come back for sure!

Chain is such an inspiration, his technique in which he teaches is clear and effective and makes it alot of fun. The atmosphere he creates is encouraging and respectful. I can’t wait to train with chain again.

Amazing trainer

Kru Chain’s experience really shows even in first few minutes of the session. He kept me grounded, we worked on my stance/base, kicks and overall flow. The pace was enough to make sweat of course but steady enough to focus on technique improvement. I would 100% recommend training with him!!
