Kru Chain’s experience really shows even in first few minutes of the session. He kept me grounded, we worked on my stance/base, kicks and overall flow. The pace was enough to make sweat of course but steady enough to focus on technique improvement. I would 100% recommend training with him!!

I’ve trained now with Kru Chain for 20 sessions and hope to continue for many more. I began as a complete beginner and feel I have made good progress. He’s a great teacher, clear and concise and comes with a plan each lesson to ensure I continue to improve, week by week. 10/10 recommend Kru Chain!

Yes I had to book an extra Private session with Kru Chain before I fly off. Class was conducted in an engaging way making it more lively to learn for me. Highly reccomended.
