Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Day Training Program at MBT Muaythai Gym

The Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Day program at MBT Muaythai Gym is designed for those who want to experience authentic Muay Thai training in a short and flexible format. This pass allows you to join group classes within one day, giving you the opportunity to train, sweat, and learn real Muay Thai techniques under professional guidance.

Each class runs for 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to returning students. Training focuses on building solid fundamentals, improving fitness, and developing confidence in a friendly group environment led by experienced trainers.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
  • Shadow Boxing: Stance, movement, and technique practice
  • Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork for punches, kicks, and combinations
  • Bag Work: Power and accuracy training on the heavy bag
  • Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on Muay Thai fundamentals
  • Clinch Training: Introduction to clinch techniques
  • Sparring: Optional light sparring under trainer supervision
  • Strength & Conditioning: Muay Thai–specific fitness exercises
  • Cooldown: Stretching and recovery

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class.
  • Training gear is provided if needed.
  • Light sparring is optional and subject to trainer approval.
  • Classes are subject to schedule availability.
  • Non-refundable after confirmation.

  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
