Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Month Program (2 Sessions Per Day, 60 Minutes) at MBT Muaythai Gym

Commit to an intensive Muay Thai journey with this 1-month group training program at MBT Muaythai Gym, designed for students who want faster progress through consistent, high-frequency training. With two 60-minute group classes per day, this program allows you to sharpen technique, improve conditioning, and develop real Muay Thai skills through structured daily practice.

Suitable for beginners with good fitness levels as well as intermediate students, each session is led by experienced trainers in a supportive group environment. By training twice daily, students gain deeper technical understanding, improved stamina, and stronger striking fundamentals while fully immersing themselves in the Muay Thai lifestyle.

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
  • Shadow Boxing: Technique, footwork, and movement refinement
  • Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork to develop combinations and timing
  • Bag Work: Heavy bag training for power and precision
  • Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai techniques
  • Clinch Training: Clinch fundamentals and positioning

  • This package includes up to 2 group classes per day for one month.
  • Students may join two separate classes per day.
  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before each class.
  • Training gear is provided if needed.
  • Light sparring is optional and subject to trainer approval.

  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
