Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Session (60 Minutes) at MBT Muaythai Gym

Step into the ring and experience authentic Muay Thai training in this 60-minute group class at MBT Muaythai Gym. Designed for all skill levels, this session provides a balanced workout that builds fitness, sharpens technique, and introduces real Muay Thai fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment.

Led by experienced trainers, each class blends technical instruction with hands-on practice, allowing students to improve striking, movement, and confidence. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or developing as a fighter, this group class delivers an engaging and effective Muay Thai experience.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and cardio drills to prepare the body
  • Shadow Boxing: Practice form, movement, and Muay Thai stance
  • Pad Work: One-on-one padwork with trainers to refine strikes and combinations
  • Bag Work: Heavy bag training to build power and precision
  • Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai techniques
  • Clinch Training: Learn clinching fundamentals for close-range fighting
  • Sparring: Optional light sparring in a controlled environment
  • Strength & Conditioning: Muay Thai–specific exercises to boost endurance

  • Training gear is provided if needed.
  • Light sparring is optional and based on trainer approval.

  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
