You’ll learn the fundamentals of stance, striking, and coordination under the guidance of professional Thai trainers.
Each session is limited to 8 students to ensure personal attention and proper technique correction. You’ll work through a mix of conditioning, pad work, and bag drills that help build strength and rhythm — with friendly coaches, including one of Thailand’s few female Muay Thai trainers, making every class fun, safe, and inspiring.
