Over the course of the week, you will join scheduled morning group classes, each lasting 90 minutes. Training focuses on fundamental Muay Thai techniques, conditioning, pad work, and bag work, delivered in a professional and supportive group environment.

Morning Session Structure:
Approximately 10.2 kilometers – A family-friendly aquarium featuring underwater tunnels and a wide variety of marine life.
