Chiangmai JR Muay Thai Gym offers a full day of Muay Thai training with two 90-minute group sessions. Perfect for all skill levels, this program provides an immersive experience in Muay Thai, focusing on fundamental techniques, fitness, and discipline. Participants have full access to the gym’s facilities, including a boxing ring, punching bags, and training tires. Guided by experienced trainers, the two-session day is ideal for those looking to deepen their skills, boost fitness, or get a comprehensive introduction to the sport in a supportive environment.
Chiangmai JR Muay Thai Gym is centrally located in Chiang Mai, just one kilometer from Maya Shopping Mall and Nimmanhaemin Road, offering a convenient and accessible training destination for locals and visitors alike. The gym features a spacious, semi-outdoor 200-square-meter training area equipped with a 6-meter boxing ring, 12 punching bags, and training tires—ideal for Muay Thai enthusiasts of all levels.
