Muay Thai
Over the course of 30 days, refine your striking skills like a true nak muay in the birthplace of Muay Thai. Our progressive Muay Thai program is designed to build fundamentals, ring IQ, clinch control, and sparring confidence—day by day. Guided by experienced Thai trainers, you’ll develop power, precision, and rhythm while training alongside fighters from around the world. All levels are welcome, with personalized guidance at every step.
Grappling / Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ)
Master the ground game with daily BJJ and grappling sessions—available in both gi and no-gi formats. Our structured 30-day training will help you improve mobility, control, submissions, and transitions, while building a solid technical base. Whether you’re new to the mats or aiming to compete, our expert instructors will challenge you to elevate your skills week by week in a supportive, disciplined environment.
Boxing
Develop real boxing technique across four weeks of focused training. From basic stance and footwork to advanced combinations and defense, our boxing coaches help you sharpen your timing, balance, and ring awareness. These classes are tailored to suit all experience levels, and provide a powerful cardio boost alongside smart, safe instruction—perfect for improving both fitness and fight IQ over time.
MMA / Wrestling
Experience true MMA development through daily training in striking, takedowns, clinch work, and ground control. Whether you're just exploring MMA or aiming for competition, this class blends Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, and boxing into a complete fighting system. Over 30 days, you’ll improve your transitions, timing, and fight readiness—with guidance from championship-level coaches who push you toward measurable progress.
Strength & Conditioning
Our month-long strength & conditioning program is designed to transform your performance—on and off the mats. Through functional movements, HIIT, kettlebells, Olympic lifting, and bodyweight training, you’ll build strength, endurance, and mobility. Classes progress in difficulty week by week, helping you increase power, burn fat, and recover better. Whether you’re here to get lean, stay sharp, or support your combat training, our coaches will guide you safely every step of the way.
Training Schedule:
Classes run Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing you to create a personalized training routine that fits your energy levels and goals.
Morning (07:00 – 10:00)
Late Morning (10:30 – 12:00)
Afternoon (16:00 – 18:00)
Evening (18:00 – 19:00)
Each session is approximately 60 minutes, giving you a complete mix of cardio, technique, and conditioning. You’re free to join any session on the schedule (excluding kids' classes), making it a truly flexible and intensive training program.
