Led by professional Thai coaches with real ring experience, the session focuses on fundamental techniques such as footwork, stance, guard, punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. You'll also get to practice combos and pad work while building cardio, balance, and coordination.

Set just minutes from Pattaya Beach, Venum’s modern facility provides a clean, open-air training space equipped with full gear, top-tier mats, and inspiring views. You’ll be surrounded by a global community of like-minded students, and you might even catch a glimpse of Muay Thai superstars like Phetjeeja, Nabil Anane, Por Tor Tor Petchrungrueng, or Samy Sana training nearby.

Training Schedule:

You can join a Muay Thai class during the following times:

Morning Session: 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM, Monday to Saturday

Afternoon Session: 05:00 PM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
No Refund for Late Cancellations:
- Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Instruction

Common Notes:

Students are required to bring their own Muay Thai equipment, including gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards.

The gym offers rental gloves and shin guards for those without gear; however, availability is limited, so we recommend bringing your own if possible.

Shower and locker facilities are available onsite for your comfort.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your selected class time for check-in and warm-up.
