Commit to a focused 1-month training block at AKA Thailand with access to Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Pool Cardio Blast, and the weight room. Build a consistent routine, sharpen technique across striking and grappling, and develop conditioning in a supportive, professional environment.
Training is led by experienced coaches in an upgraded facility featuring oversized rings, brand-new bags and gear, and full-time cleaners who keep the gym spotless after every session. Across the month, you’ll progress from fundamentals to more advanced drills at a pace that matches your level—beginner through advanced.
Use Pool Cardio to add low-impact conditioning and the weight room to support strength and mobility between classes. With variety built into the timetable, it’s easy to balance skills practice and fitness work for steady, visible progress over four weeks.
*Saturday morning Muay Thai is offsite — please wear running shoes and arrive 30 minutes early.
