Training takes place in a clean and well-maintained environment, featuring 5 daily classes from Tuesday to Sunday. Both group and private training options are available, giving you the flexibility to train at your preferred time.
Each class is carefully structured to help students develop their skills safely and effectively while gaining confidence under the guidance of experienced trainers. Classes are kept small — with a maximum of 7 participants per session — ensuring that every student receives personalized attention.
