Founded in 2025 by world-renowned Muay Thai legend Buakaw Banchamek, Banchamek Gym Bangkok offers authentic Muay Thai training in central Bangkok — just a 15-minute walk from BTS Saphan Khwai. The gym welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to professional fighters, with programs designed to build proper technique, strength, conditioning, and flexibility through real Muay Thai practice.

Training takes place in a clean and well-maintained environment, featuring 5 daily classes from Tuesday to Sunday. Both group and private training options are available, giving you the flexibility to train at your preferred time.

Each class is carefully structured to help students develop their skills safely and effectively while gaining confidence under the guidance of experienced trainers. Classes are kept small — with a maximum of 7 participants per session — ensuring that every student receives personalized attention.

Class Structure

Warm-Up & Stretching (15 minutes): Prepare your body, improve flexibility, and prevent injuries.
Muay Thai Training (90 minutes): Learn and practice strikes, kicks, elbows, knees, and combinations under the guidance of experienced trainers.
Cool Down (15 minutes): Stretch and recover to maintain performance and reduce soreness.
