Group classes at Danmuang Branch 2 are structured around the full Muay Thai experience — from the moment you start moving to the moment you cool down. Morning sessions open with a run to build conditioning before training begins. From there, coaches guide the group through fundamental stance, guard, and footwork, then into live striking — punches, elbows, knees, kicks, and teep — drilled in combinations that build rhythm and defensive awareness. Conditioning work, pad rounds, clinch, and controlled sparring are all part of the session, alongside classical Mae Mai and Luk Mai techniques and the traditional Wai Kru ritual that connects every student to the deeper culture of the art.
