Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Week Program (1 Session Per Day, 60 Minutes) at MBT Muaythai Gym

The Muay Thai Group Class – 1 Week Program at MBT Muaythai Gym is designed for students who want to build consistency and experience real Muay Thai training over several days. With one 60-minute group class each day, this program allows you to steadily improve technique, fitness, and confidence in a structured and supportive environment.

Each session is suitable for all levels and led by experienced trainers who guide students through proper fundamentals, striking techniques, and conditioning work. Whether you are new to Muay Thai or returning to training, this one-week program offers a balanced and rewarding introduction to daily Muay Thai practice.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
  • Shadow Boxing: Stance, movement, and technique development
  • Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork to improve strikes and combinations
  • Bag Work: Power and accuracy training on the heavy bag
  • Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai skills
  • Clinch Training: Introduction to clinching techniques
  • Sparring: Optional light sparring under trainer supervision
  • Strength & Conditioning: Muay Thai–specific fitness exercises
  • Cooldown: Stretching and recovery

  • This package includes 1 group class per day for 7 days.
  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class.
  • Training gear is provided if needed.
  • Light sparring is optional and subject to trainer approval.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
