Contender Pack — 1 Month Group Muay Thai Training Pass (1 Class per Day) at Tiger Eye Muay Thai

Experience one month of authentic Muay Thai and combat-sports training in the heart of Bangkok with the Contender Pack at Tiger Eye Muay Thai & MMA Gym. This flexible pass allows you to join one group class per day for 1 month at one of Bangkok’s fastest-growing fight gyms.

Led by professional Thai fighters who teach in both Thai and English, each group session runs 60–90 minutes and focuses on improving your striking, conditioning, timing, and overall fitness. You can choose from a variety of classes throughout the week, making it easy to match your schedule and goals—whether you want to get fit, learn real Muay Thai, or train like a fighter during your stay in Thailand.

With access to multiple disciplines such as Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, Boxing, and more, this pass is ideal for anyone who wants consistent, high-quality training in a friendly and supportive gym environment.

  • Warm-up with running, mobility drills, and dynamic stretching
  • Shadow boxing to build rhythm, balance, and striking flow
  • Technical pad work with trainers to refine combinations and timing
  • Heavy bag work for power, conditioning, and repetition of key techniques
  • Muay Thai technique drills: kicks, elbows, knees, clinch, and defense
  • Optional grappling, BJJ, and MMA fundamentals in selected group classes
  • Sparring or controlled drills (depending on level and class focus)
  • Strength & conditioning for core, balance, and fight endurance
  • Cooldown with stretching and breathing to support recovery

  • Pass is valid for 1 month from the date of first use.
  • Personal gear (gloves, wraps, shin guards) is recommended; basic equipment can be provided.
  • Booking in advance is recommended for popular time slots.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time.
