1 Week Unlimited Training Pass for All Levels at Tiger Eye MMA

Experience a full week of high-level combat-sports training in Bangkok with a 1 Week Unlimited Training Pass at Tiger Eye MMA. This pass gives you unlimited access to all available group classes for 7 consecutive days, so you can mix Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Grappling and more according to your goals and schedule.

Tiger Eye MMA is led by professional Thai and international coaches who teach in both Thai and English. Each session lasts around 60–90 minutes and combines technical drilling, pad or partner work, and conditioning, helping you build real skills, strength, endurance and confidence. Whether you want to improve your striking, explore grappling, or train like a fighter while in Thailand, this 1 Week Unlimited Training Pass offers total flexibility.

  • Warm-up with running, mobility drills, and dynamic stretching
  • Shadow boxing to build rhythm, balance, and striking flow
  • Technical pad work with trainers to refine combinations and timing
  • Heavy bag work for power, conditioning, and repetition of key techniques
  • Muay Thai technique drills: kicks, elbows, knees, clinch, and defense
  • Optional grappling, BJJ, and MMA fundamentals in selected group classes
  • Sparring or controlled drills (depending on level and class focus)
  • Strength & conditioning for core, balance, and fight endurance
  • Cooldown with stretching and breathing to support recovery
