2 Weeks Twice Daily Muay Thai Training at FIGHT EVO360 (Monday – Saturday)

Immerse yourself in an intensive two-week Muay Thai training experience at FIGHT EVO360 in Pattaya. This program includes both Morning (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and Evening (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) sessions, Monday through Saturday.

Training twice daily for two consecutive weeks significantly increases technical repetition, conditioning volume, and overall fight readiness. This structure reflects a traditional fight camp rhythm, where consistency and discipline drive measurable improvement.

Each session runs for 120 minutes and follows the same complete Muay Thai training format, ensuring balanced progression across striking, clinch work, sparring, and conditioning.


Training Program

Both Morning and Evening sessions follow a structured and progressive Muay Thai format:

  • Warm Up – Cardio activation and mobility preparation.
  • Shadow Boxing – Technical combinations and movement refinement.
  • Pad Work – Trainer-led rounds focusing on precision, timing, and power.
  • Bag Work – Endurance and repetition training.
  • Sparring – Controlled technical sparring depending on level.
  • Clinching – Clinch drills, balance, and positional control.
  • Cool Down – Stretching and recovery exercises.

Twice-daily sessions allow students to reinforce techniques in the morning and apply them again in the evening, accelerating both physical adaptation and skill retention.

  • Participants should ensure adequate recovery, hydration, and rest.
Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
