Experience one full month of authentic Muay Thai group training in Thailand at Kombat Group Thailand. This package offers full-day access to scheduled group classes, allowing you to train consistently in both morning and afternoon sessions throughout the month.
Each training day includes a 90-minute morning class focused on fundamentals and conditioning, followed by a 120-minute afternoon class emphasizing technique development, endurance, and optional sparring. With up to 210 minutes of training per day, this program provides a high-volume yet structured approach to building skill, fitness, and mental discipline.
This package is ideal for trainees who want maximum progress within one month by following a routine similar to professional Muay Thai training camps.
Training Program
Morning Session:
- Warm-up: light cardio, mobility exercises, and dynamic stretching.
- Shadow Boxing: movement, balance, and fundamental combinations.
- Bag Work: technique-focused drills and conditioning.

- Cool Down: stretching and recovery exercises.
Afternoon Session:
