Commit to a true Muay Thai lifestyle with this 90-day Muay Thai training package at Kombat Group Thailand. This long-term program includes full-day access to Muay Thai group training, allowing participants to train in both morning and afternoon sessions according to the gym schedule.
Training up to two sessions per day over 90 days creates the ideal environment for deep technical development, improved conditioning, and disciplined routine. Combined with upgraded accommodation and full meal support, this package reflects a traditional Muay Thai camp experience with a focus on performance, recovery, and consistency.
Training Program
Muay Thai Group Training:
- Warm-up and conditioning exercises
- Shadow boxing and movement drills
- Bag work and pad work
- Muay Thai techniques (punches, kicks, knees, elbows)
- Optional clinch and sparring drills (level-based)
- Cool down and stretching
Training Schedule
- Morning Muay Thai group training: Monday – Saturday | 09:00 – 10:30
- Afternoon Muay Thai group training: Monday – Friday | 17:00 – 19:00
- Training access: Full day (morning and afternoon sessions)

- Participants may attend both morning and afternoon group classes.
- Accommodation is provided in a Deluxe Room (single room).
- Prices do not include VAT 7% and credit card fee 3%.
- Airfare, airport transfers, and transportation are not included.
- Training schedules may be adjusted by the gym.
