1 Month Muay Thai Group Training – Morning Class at Kombat Group Thailand
Build strong foundations through one full month of morning Muay Thai group training at Kombat Group Thailand. This package is designed for students who want consistency and routine by training in the morning, following a structured program led by experienced Muay Thai coaches.
Throughout the month, you will join scheduled morning group classes, each lasting 90 minutes. Training focuses on fundamental Muay Thai techniques, coordination, balance, conditioning, pad work, and bag work, helping you steadily improve fitness and technical skills.
This program is ideal for those who want to develop discipline, improve overall fitness, and make consistent progress through regular morning training.
Training Program
Morning Session Structure:
- Warm-up: light cardio, mobility exercises, and dynamic stretching.
- Shadow Boxing: movement, balance, and fundamental combinations.
- Bag Work: technique-focused drills and conditioning.
- Pad Work: guided pad training with coach feedback.
- Cool Down: stretching and recovery exercises.
Training Schedule:
- Morning group class: Monday – Saturday | 09:00 – 10:30
- Session duration: 90 minutes per class
- Total sessions per week: Up to 6 morning classes
