Class description
1-Month Muay Thai fight camp at Tao Muay Thai Gym in Phuket — a complete package with daily classes, on-site pool accommodation, ice bath recovery, and official gear all included.
This 1-Month Muay Thai Fight Camp is a complete all-in training package at Tao Muay Thai Gym in Phuket, built for consistency, discipline, and real improvement over a full month. It bundles full training access, on-site pool accommodation, ice bath recovery, daily essentials, official Tao gear, and weekly photo and video into one package — everything you need to live and train like a fighter for a month.
Training runs Monday to Saturday with the gym closed on Sunday. You get group Muay Thai classes twice daily — morning (08:00–10:00) and afternoon (16:00–18:00) — plus Western Boxing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (15:00–16:00). Sessions are led by a team of experienced coaches, and because the camp welcomes all levels, each session is matched to you — smaller class sizes mean more attention whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate fighter. Over a full month of daily training, your technique, conditioning, and confidence build the way only living inside a real camp allows.
Staying on-site keeps everything in one place: you train, cool down in the ice bath, rest in a pool-access bungalow, and refuel, then repeat — and each week a professional photo and video session captures your progress. On your Sunday off and quieter afternoons, Phuket is close by: Khao Khad Viewpoint and its 360-degree island views are just 3.5 km away, Phuket Old Town's Sino-Portuguese streets and cafes sit about 6 km from the gym, and the quiet seaside cape of Laem Phanwa is around 7.1 km away.
Training Schedule
Full training access, Monday to Saturday:

- Western Boxing — 15:00 – 16:00 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Training Program
Muay Thai and Boxing classes each follow the gym's training flow:
- Warm-up — coach-led warm-up to prepare your body before training
- Partner warm-up — paired drills to loosen up and practise movement with a training partner
- Bag work — heavy bag rounds to build power, timing, and combinations
- Ring time — take your turn training in the ring under the coach's eye
- Boxing sessions add shadow boxing and pad work with the coach for clean punch technique

FAQ
-
What will I actually train in this camp?
Muay Thai twice a day (morning and afternoon) six days a week, plus Western Boxing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — striking, bag work, clinch, pad work, and ring time across the month. -
Can I get a real fight during the camp?
Yes. Fight opportunities are available for suitable fighters, so a full month here can take you from training to actually stepping into the ring — not something a class pass offers. -
Do I need to book accommodation separately?
No. A pool-access bungalow is included in the package price, so your training and stay are covered together — just confirm room availability before booking. -
How is this different from a drop-in or monthly class pass?
It's a complete camp: unlimited Muay Thai and boxing, on-site accommodation, ice bath recovery, official gear, weekly photo and video, and even fight opportunities — everything in one month.
Khao Khad Viewpoint — 3.5 km
A quiet viewpoint offering 360-degree panoramic views of Phuket. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and watch the sunrise or sunset from a perspective quite different from the beach.
Phuket Old Town — 6 km
A historic downtown district full of colourful Sino-Portuguese architecture. A favourite spot for visitors to stroll past heritage buildings, drop into cafes, and photograph the street art.
Laem Phanwa — 7.1 km
A calm, nature-filled area with a relaxed atmosphere. Visitors love unwinding at its seaside resorts or exploring marine life at the nearby Phuket Aquarium.
