Class description
Muay Thai day pass at Tao Muay Thai Gym in Phuket — both morning and afternoon group sessions in one day of bag work and ring time for all levels.
This Muay Thai day pass gives you both group sessions in one day at Tao Muay Thai Gym in Phuket — the morning slot (08:00–10:00) and the afternoon slot (16:00–18:00), for a full day of training. Group classes run Monday to Saturday, each class takes a maximum of 12 students, and your day pass is valid on your booked date — train morning, rest through midday, and come back stronger in the afternoon.
Sessions are led by a team of experienced coaches who blend traditional Muay Thai with modern training methods. Because this class welcomes all levels, reception checks your experience on arrival and passes it to your coach, so both sessions are matched to you whether you are completely new or already train. Training twice in one day lets you drill the morning's technique again in the afternoon — by the end of the day the movements feel far more natural than after a single class, the way the gym's fighters build their rhythm.
The gym's location in Wichit makes it easy to combine a training day with sightseeing. Between sessions or after your evening class, Phuket Old Town and its colourful Sino-Portuguese streets, cafes, and street art sit about 6 km away. Laem Phanwa — a quiet, nature-filled cape with a seaside aquarium — is around 7.1 km from the gym, while Khao Khad Viewpoint and its 360-degree views of Phuket are just 3.5 km away for a sunset to close the day.
Training Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: Morning 08:00 – 10:00 and Afternoon 16:00 – 18:00 (both sessions included)
Training Program
Both sessions follow the gym's training flow:
- Warm-up — coach-led warm-up to prepare your body before training
- Partner warm-up — paired drills to loosen up and practise movement with a training partner
- Bag work — heavy bag rounds to build power, timing, and combinations
- Ring time — take your turn training in the ring under the coach's eye

FAQ
-
Can I join if I've never done Muay Thai before?
Yes. The day pass welcomes all levels, and your coach adjusts both sessions to you after reception checks your experience on arrival. -
Is training twice in one day too much for a beginner?
No. The coach scales each session to your level, and the midday break between morning and afternoon gives you time to recover. -
What will I gain from a full day versus a single session?
You repeat the morning's technique again in the afternoon, so the movements sink in and feel far more natural by the end of the day.
