Class description
Muay Thai every day for a week — R1 Muay Thai Phuket's most popular pass for visitors gives you unlimited group classes in Bangtao.
This 1-week unlimited pass gives you full access to all group classes at R1 Muay Thai Phuket — up to 2 classes per day, 6 training days per week, with the morning class from 8:00–9:30 AM and the afternoon class from 4:30–6:00 PM, each running 90 minutes. Classes repeat Monday to Saturday throughout your week, so you can train once or twice a day, every training day, at your own rhythm. The pass is valid for 7 days from your start date.
There's a reason this is the most popular choice for visitors: a week is where real progress starts. R1 Muay Thai Phuket carries the coaching standard of Rama1 Muay Thai — one of Melbourne's most respected gyms — and with coaches adjusting pace, intensity and technique to your level in every class, the pieces begin to connect fast. Within your first week you'll feel your kicks land cleaner on the pads, your clinch positioning improve, and your conditioning carry you further into each round than the day before.
A week in Bangtao also means time to actually enjoy Phuket between sessions. Surin Beach, around 12 km from the gym, is the spot for a rest-day swim in crystal-clear turquoise water shaded by casuarina trees. Closer to home base, Bangtao Beach — about 10 km away — stretches out as one of the island's longest white-sand beaches, calm and quiet compared to Patong. And when your legs need a full day off, Phuket Old Town sits roughly 19 km away, with colourful Sino-Portuguese shophouses, street photography and café-hopping along Thalang and Dibuk Roads.

FAQ
- How many classes can I actually attend in one week?
With 2 classes per day across 6 training days (Monday–Saturday), you can join up to 12 group classes within your week — up to 18 hours of training. Most visitors mix full-effort days with lighter technique days, and the unlimited format means the choice is always yours.
- Why choose the weekly pass over day passes?
Consistency. Training on back-to-back days is where technique starts to stick — coaches see you repeatedly, get to know your level, and build on what you did the day before. It's the most popular option among visitors at R1 for exactly that reason.
- I'm a beginner — is training every day too much?
Not at all. You control the volume: train once a day, take a rest day, or go twice when you feel strong. Coaches adjust the intensity to your level in every class, so the pass works whether you train 4 sessions or all 12.
- Does the week start from the date I book?
Your 7 days count from your selected start date. Classes are available Monday–Saturday, so plan your start date to make the most of your training week.
