One Week. One Goal. Get Stronger Inside and Out.

Each class in the Strength & Conditioning program is a 60-minute full-body workout combining functional fitness, athletic drills, and combat sports conditioning. You'll rotate through high-intensity intervals, compound lifts, core-focused circuits, and flexibility work — all tailored to your personal fitness level. Our expert coaches guide you through safe progressions and help push your limits in a motivating, community-driven environment. The open-air facility and positive energy at Venum Pattaya make every session challenging, but rewarding. No experience is required — just a willingness to show up and sweat.

The 1-Week Strength & Conditioning Program at Venum Training Camp Pattaya gives you structured access to daily group fitness class (Monday–Saturday), led by professional coaches who train both fighters and fitness-focused travelers. Expect results-driven sessions that target strength, stamina, coordination, and agility using kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight techniques. Whether you're a beginner rebuilding your fitness or an athlete pushing for peak performance, this program is customizable and scalable to your ability.

Alongside the training, you’ll have access to gym facilities, recovery zones, and a welcoming fitness community from around the world — all within reach of Pattaya’s beaches and peaceful surroundings.

  • 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
  • 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

    Cancellation Policy
    1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
    2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
    3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
      • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
      • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    Instruction

    Common Notes:

  • Students are required to bring their own equipment. Gym offers rental gear; however, availability is limited, so we recommend bringing your own if possible.
  • Shower and locker facilities are available onsite for your comfort.
  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your selected class time for check-in and warm-up.
  • The gym is closed every Sunday.
