Build real consistency over 1 month with coach-led Muay Thai group classes at AKA Thailand. Each 120-minute session focuses on clean technique, ring movement, and purposeful conditioning—so you leave every class sharper than you arrived.
Your month is about steady, repeatable progress: refine stance and balance, polish footwork and range control, and tighten offense–defense decisions with structured padwork and bag rounds. Between classes, use the weight room to support hips, core, and shoulders for stronger kicks, tighter guards, and better endurance.
Training runs in clean, well-equipped spaces with oversized rings, new bags and gear, and regular cleaning. Follow the posted timetable, train consistently, and stack quality reps all month long.
