Spend one focused week sharpening your Muay Thai with structured 120-minute group classes at AKA Thailand. Sessions are designed to build true ring fundamentals—stance and balance, footwork rhythm, range control, and smart shot selection—while keeping training welcoming for all levels.
Each class follows a clear flow: dynamic warm-up and shadowboxing; technical blocks (teep control, roundhouse mechanics, low-kick setups, knee entries, elbow lines); high-quality padwork for power and accuracy; purposeful bag rounds for volume and conditioning; defense and counters; then a guided cooldown and mobility. Between classes, use the weight room to support hip, core, and shoulder strength for heavier kicks and tighter guards.
Training takes place in clean, upgraded spaces with oversized rings, new bags and gear, and regular cleaning after sessions. Check the posted timetable on arrival, train consistently, and finish the week with sharper weapons and real confidence in your Muay Thai.
